Eric Cassidy - Architect and Developer

Eric first became interested in software development during childhood, learning the BASIC language on the Commodore 64 during the 80's. Throughout junior-high and high school he spent much of his time developing within the Apple Macintosh environment, as that was the primary format used at the local educational facilities. After High School, Eric’s fascination led him to spend 15 years studying at several colleges, ultimately obtaining various computer science related degrees and numerous certifications from prominent software development institutions including Sun, Microsoft, and more.

His introduction to financial software development occurred in 2004 when he was introduced to Terry. Eric was instantly intrigued at the idea of conducting statistical analysis against real-time trade activity from exchanges.  After becoming familiar with what was presently available to traders, Eric partnered with WindoTrader and jumped feet-first into financial software applications development where he has been leading the industry in that domain ever since. He is keenly interested in creating new ways of allowing users to gain access to the data that they themselves would like to see, and in creating the flexibility to maneuver market data and allow traders to effectively mine useful information that will effectively support their trading endeavors.

After college, she worked for one of the largest grocery operations in California as district director of distribution for non-food items.  Her duties also involved setting up new stores and overseeing personnel training and performance.

After several years, Glenda returned to California, having been recruited by McDonald Douglas Space Systems Security Division.  During her tenure at McDonald Douglas she was elected President of the UPGW Union for Security.  She was thereafter elected to the Board of Directors for McDonald-Douglas Charities, involving over 20,000 employee contributors.  Her responsibilities were focused on interviewing prospective local charities that applied for grants.  Glenda remembers this position as extremely gratifying, a she enjoyed working with these applicants to help them meet their goals.

Throughout her career in various fields of responsibility and service, Glenda has maintained a great sense of humor and a genuine love for helping  and interacting with people.

Terry Liberman - Business Development

After finishing school and a tour of duty with the U.S. Marines, Terry was fortunate to be able to start and build a firm dedicated to helping exceptional business owners and practicing professionals develop value-driven business cultures. In 1991, after two weeks of retirement, Terry made the decision to start a second career as a trader based on his interest and involvement in the markets as an investor.  He created and followed his self-study plan in addition to attending numerous courses and reading countless books. Then, in late 1992, he made the commitment to be a dedicated trader and began trading on a full-time basis.

In 1997, Terry learned of the Market Profile, attended a course taught by Jim Dalton, and began a course of study that continues to this day. As his learning, understanding, and experience increased over the years, he has been asked to share his knowledge, experience, and resources with other traders via presentations, publications, and software displays. His focus was - and still is - two-fold: (1) to help others potentially avoid the costly mistakes he made while learning to trade, and (2) to help traders increase their ability to interpret the data displayed via the Market Profile graphic.

From late 2005 through the summer of 2010, Terry partnered with Jim Dalton to offer educational programs in both live and printed form. While Jim’s role was focused primarily on writing and teaching participants in the seminars, webinars, and Intensives, Terry’s time and energy was focused on the business operations and, more importantly, supporting clients in their implementation of the principles and concepts taught in the sessions.

As of July 2010, Terry’s focus and responsibilities are completely focused on WindoTrader and on actively supporting their subscribers, strategic partners, and team members. To that end, Terry is actively involved and available to help traders capitalize on the benefits of the Market Profile using WindoTrader.
