WindoTraderBLUE Support Services and Policy

WindoTrader is a very unique and versatile trading software application. As such, requires time to understand its capabilities and ways it can help you interpret market activity and make better trading decisions.

To help you gain proficiency in its use and ‘fit’ with your trading, we provide multiple ways:

  • WindoTrader’s ‘Getting Started’ Video accessible by going here.

  • WindoTrader Help Videos, accessible from the menu bar on WindoTrader under ‘View/Help Videos’ or by logging in to the Members Area on the WindoTrader Website.

  • WindoTrader Templates via our Template Gallery, accessible from the menu bar on WindoTrader under ‘View/Template Gallery’. We provide these templates to help you start using WindoTrader by simply installing a pre-configured template, and then, using various Settings Panels, personalize your charts based on your trading preferences.

  • WindoTrader Support Webinars which are held each Thursday at 4:30 PM (Eastern). An invitation with a link for registering for the webinar will be e-mailed each week for that week’s webinar. 

    NOTE: Webinars are recorded and archived for your later viewing and are located in the member’s area on the website.

  • WindoTrader KnowledgeBase accessible on the WindoTrader Website under ‘WindoTraderBlue/KnowledgeBase’. To locate a specific topic, either use the ‘How do I . . .’ box by typing in the topic or scroll down and click on the category best matching your inquiry.

  • WindoTrader’s Four-part Video Series on the Market Profile: ‘How the Market Profile can help You Make Confident, Higher-Probability Trading Decisions’. This series illustrates key elements of the Market Profile and how WindoTrader displays and enhances interpretation of the elements as well as its flexibility in configuring displays.

  • WindoTrader Guest Webinars: Each  month we invite one of the educators listed on our Educational Resources page on the WindoTrader website to illustrate an learning concept related to the Market Profile, market generated information, or an idea or concept they have found to be beneficial to the student, clients, or followers. 


WindoTraderBlue Lite Support

WindoTrader provides e-mail support through WindoTrader Support Ticket Procedure.

To access the Support Ticket, click on ‘Support’ on the menu bar and then ‘Open Support Ticket’. Next, enter your e-mail address, the type of issue in the subject box such as: No Data, Chart not Displaying, or Feature question.

Next, to help us address the issue and provide the support resource that will potentially remedy the issue, please be as descriptive as possible. Also, if possible, attach a screenshot so we can what you’re describing if applicable. Thank you!

WindoTraderBlue

WindoTrader provides telephone and online support through WindoTrader Support Ticket Procedure in addition to individual support in personalizing initial displays and on-going customization of Workspaces.

To access the Support Ticket, click on ‘Support’ on the menu bar and then ‘Open Support Ticket’. Next, enter your e-mail address, the type of issue in the subject box such as: No Data, Chart not Displaying, or Feature question.

Next, to help us address the issue and provide the support resource that will potentially remedy the issue, please be as descriptive as possible. Also, if possible, attach a screenshot so we can what you’re describing if applicable. Thank you!

Third-Party Support.

For subscribers wanting personal support beyond WindoTrader’s support policies for WindoTraderBlue and WindoTraderBlue Lite, we will provide an introduction to one or more independent, third-party, fee-based, support service providers. 

Individuals offering this type of support are experienced subscribers who use WindoTrader in their trading and have demonstrated proficiency in the use of its features and functionality including trading their own account using WindoTrader.

Subscribers wanting this type of extended support must conduct their own due diligence with the service provider, understand the services and fees involved in the service, and manage their relationship with the service provider they choose to a mutually beneficial result.
