There are a couple reasons why you may be seeing a profile that is fragmented or contains gaps.
1 – The market you are looking at is low volume, either because it is not the front month, or it is not heavily traded. Check that the symbol is correct with your data vendor
2 – The price interval being reported by the data vendor is incorrect. You can adjust the price interval in Chart Settings to bring the prices in line with what you expect. Alternatively you can submit a ticket to us and if we verify it is incorrect, we can issue a symbol override to fix the issue.
